A young woman and an actor agree to take part in the filming of an adult movie, but what seemed like a fetish session soon turns into an increasingly violent and disturbing experience. Trapped by a group of sadistic filmmakers, the protagonist ends up caught in a spiral of abuse, manipulation, and extreme horror.
